Gestionnaire des réclamations - Lésions professionnelles Au sein d'une équipe matricielle, le gestionnaire des réclamations occupe un poste clé dans la gestion des relations clients et le traitement des dossiers de lésions professionnelles. Principales responsabilités : • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion des réclamations • Conseiller les clients dans leurs efforts de réduction des coûts associés aux lésions professionnelles • Contribuer au développement d'une culture de santé et sécurité au travail • Assurer la liaison entre les clients et l'organisation concernant les dossiers de réclamations Le titulaire du poste contribue à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de gestion des lésions professionnelles par son expertise technique et ses compétences relationnelles. RESPONSABILITÉS Gestion des dossiers de lésions professionnelles • Assurer la saine gestion des lésions professionnelles pour votre portefeuille clients au sein d'une équipe matricielle • Établir, en collaboration avec les intervenants, les stratégies relatives à la gestion optimale des litiges en révision administrative Conseil et accompagnement client • Guider les clients dans leur processus d'amélioration continue visant la réduction de l'impact des lésions professionnelles sur leur performance organisationnelle et financière • Conseiller les clients dans leurs efforts de maintien du lien d'emploi et les accompagner lors des visites de postes dans le cadre de la réadaptation Développement de l'offre de services • Contribuer à bonifier l'offre de services intégrés en proposant aux clients des solutions permettant une meilleure prise en charge de la gestion SST (formations, expertises médicales, prévention, juridique, impartition, ergonomie, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES REQUISES Formation et expérience • Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines/relations industrielles ou DEC dans un domaine connexe (juridique, administration, ressources humaines) • 2 à 3 années d'expérience en gestion des lésions professionnelles au Québec • Maîtrise du processus d'ouverture et de suivi des dossiers à la CNESST (administratif et médical) ainsi que des règles régissant l'assignation temporaire Compétences professionnelles • Excellentes habiletés de communication verbale et écrite • Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et identification de solutions • Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse développée • Sens de l'organisation pour gérer efficacement les priorités et les suivis • Autonomie et capacité d'adaptation • Esprit d'équipe et aptitudes collaboratives Atouts • Expérience en gestion des lésions professionnelles sur une base canadienne • Aptitudes informatiques, connaissances de SharePoint, Microsoft Teams et Suite Office 365 A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
