The WSP team supports employers who wish to help employees facing specific challenges that may include substance use, mental health or behavioral issues. This team is truly committed to providing efficient and high-quality service, aiming to make a positive impact on our clients' lives. What you’ll do: As part of the WSP administrative team, you will manage the cases from when the referral comes in to case closure. You will be the contact person for the referring agent (manager, employer, HR), the employee and the mental health professional. You will be in the front row to ensure the smooth running of the service and help achieve the best possible results for the client. How you will make an impact After receiving the referral, you will schedule the client in to meet with one of our WSP clinicians, following direction from the Clinical; You will contact the client to initiate the service, book initial appointment; You will ensure that necessary documents are obtained from referring agent, client and the resource to document cases and meet tight timelines; You will keep the referring agent informed about the progress of the service in conjunction with the Clinical Supervisor; You will assist the professional network with all WSP administrative and procedural concerns; What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a mental health related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience is an asset; You are fully bilingual in French and English (oral and written); You possess at least two years of experience as a coordinator or in an administrative position; You have customer service experience and can demonstrate empathy; Experience interacting with a vulnerable population is an asset; You have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, verbally and through email; You are a highly reliable achiever who has strong organizational skills and pays attention to detail; You have excellent computer skills and are very familiar with all Microsoft 365 software applications; You are comfortable in a fast paced environment where interruptions are frequent; You are a team player who values collaboration with others; You are available to work from 11am to 7pm, Eastern time (or 8am to 4pm Pacific time).
