THE TEAM The mission of the Architectural Standards team is to define and uphold the technical standards, tools, and processes that ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency across all projects- supporting scalable delivery through governance, enablement, and cross-functional alignment. At a BIM Senior Manager/Manager, you will manage the integrity of Revit platforms, guide team development, and oversee model quality to ensure seamless integration between design vision and technical documentation. Your leadership will enable scalable, efficient project execution through well-governed systems and a highly capable team. THE ROLE As the BIM Senior Manager/Manager you will: Provide hands-on support and guidance to project teams to ensure effective use of Revit for design and documentation. Maintain and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows to drive consistency across projects. Troubleshoot Revit-related issues and serve as the go-to expert for technical support and problem-solving. Lead onboarding and training for new team members on Revit and BIM protocols. Continuously improve and optimize the BIM library, tools, and processes to support seamless project execution. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure BIM outputs align with broader design and technical goals. THE QUALIFICATIONS The BIM Senior Manager/Manager has: Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling, family creation, work-sharing, templates, and schedules) Knowledge of construction documentation standards and how Revit outputs translate to deliverables Ability to develop, maintain, and deploy custom Revit families and templates Experience in scripting or automation tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python for Revit) is a strong asset Understand of building systems coordination (architectural, structural, MEP) within Revit An understanding and passion for the industry in which we operate. THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
