About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Production Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will work closely with a team lead to deliver results, manage day-to-day operations, and respond quickly to shifting priorities. This role demands a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable with people management, process optimization, and technology-driven problem solving.
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 employees, including oversight of one team lead.
Drive daily performance to meet and exceed operational KPIs and targets.
Provide on-the-spot coaching and problem-solving to address operational challenges.
Ensure accurate and efficient use of CRM platforms and inventory management systems.
Oversee workflow prioritization, resource allocation, and shift planning.
Identify, implement, and refine new initiatives without losing focus on core performance drivers.
Monitor key metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
Partner with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
Ensure all vehicles meet company standards before being made available to customers on our website.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines.
We’re looking for:
5–8 years of progressive work experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, or related industries.
2–3 years in a leadership role managing teams of similar size in a target-driven environment.
Proven track record in CRM use and technology-driven inventory management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability to thrive in environments with shifting priorities and high operational demands.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Team player and willing to jump in and lead by example.
