Role Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance, you are responsible for the accounting processes for PC Services which includes Telecom (The Mobile Shop), third-party and proprietary Gift Cards, and PC Insurance. The accounting processes include, but not limited to, the month end close process, reconciliations and supporting our business partners. What You'll Do: Responsible for the month/period end financial close process including the review of billings, reconciliations, and journal entries Responsible for the analysis for various revenue and expense line items against financial benchmarks Responsible for the invoicing and collection processes Responsible for the monthly reporting packages including, but not limited to, the financial results, key performance indicators and commentaries to provide context on the drivers of earnings and working capital Work closely with the various business partners to facilitate the achievement of their financial plan and help drive business process efficiencies Support accounting automation initiatives and drive continuous improvement to create process efficiencies and reducing manual processes Ad hoc requests and reporting as required What You Bring: Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting or Finance A CPA designation or in advanced stages of the program A minimum of 3 years of accounting and finance experience Strong technical skills (SAP, excel, database), experience with excel macros and VBA is an asset An aptitude for figures and attention to detail Strong relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills Excellent planning and analytical skills Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
