URGENT: Part-Time Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting Assistant (appointment setting experience is required)

Description
Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads using VoIP systems (e.g., RingCentral, Vonage, Twilio)
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS based on predefined follow-up schedules
Book appointments directly into the broker’s calendar based on availability
Track and report call outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheet
Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system
Ensure accurate documentation of conversations and follow-up actions
Identify and flag high-priority leads for immediate attention
Execute tasks based on established SOPs and performance targets
Coordinate with the broker for schedule adjustments or priority client needs
Attend weekly check-ins or performance review calls (as needed)
Hard Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead follow-up
Excellent spoken and written English
Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP calling tools
Ability to follow scripts and SOPs consistently
Reliable internet connection and home workspace
Excellent attention to detail, task tracking, and time management skills
Experience working with a mortgage broker, financial advisor, or real estate professional
Schedule:
20 hours per week
Monday to Friday
10AM - 2PM Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
$3-$4USD/hour
