This is a 4 month contract running from September- December 2025. Summary The Business Systems Analyst Intern will assist in understanding business requirements, translating them into solution design, and facilitating implementation plans under the direction of the Senior Business Systems Analyst. The intern will gain exposure to Microsoft cloud-based Information Technology capabilities and contemporary Office Digital Solutions. The focus will be on Microsoft collaboration solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Exchange Online, Forms, Planner, Flow, OneDrive, and other tools. Duties and Responsibilities Work with the Senior Business Systems Analyst to assess clients' business models and their integration with technology. Assist in interactions with clients and vendors to understand solution requirements and designs. Contribute to solution testing strategies and execution of test plans. Support the continuity and transparency of the support function and timely resolution of clients’ issues. Help ensure that business requirements and solution designs are understood and required artifacts are completed on time. Stay current with new offerings in the marketplace and provide research support to the implementation team. Assist in maintaining communication channels between business units, technology teams, and vendors. Help assure the integrity of all interoperable supported solutions across the M365 platform and other Office Digital Solutions. Assist in developing user manuals and provide training to business users. Work closely with business users, IT Operations, and the vendor during all SDLC stages. Help champion and educate end-users on ITEA tools and best practices Ensure support requests are accurately recorded in backlog Monitor and Administer IMCO Viva Engage Community Networ Qualifications and Skills Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science field or equivalent work experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and ability to implement collaboration solutions within the Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell, Forms, Planner, OneDrive and other tools) is a plus. Familiarity with traditional Microsoft Office productivity tools, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and especially Excel. Desire to learn about the configuration of Adobe products, especially Adobe Sign, and Zoom. Interest in Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services, especially Active Directory. Basic SharePoint Online customization and implementation skills are a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with vendors, end-users, IT personnel, and other parties. Familiarity with solutions analysis methodologies and best practices. Understanding of the SDLC cycle, techniques and tools is a plus. Ability to manage their workload effectively and perform sound time management. Results-oriented and client-focused. Professionalism, integrity, strong quantitative skills, and prioritizing assignments and work within a closely-knit team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
