At EY-Parthenon, we support clients on every aspect of their strategic growth and transformation agenda. We help them reimagine business ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent themselves for a better future. As the Assistant Director for Marketing for the EY Parthenon service line at EY, you will serve as the national marketing leader. You will be responsible for providing strategic insights, project management, best practices, and the latest market trends to the EY-Parthenon Service Line team and other stakeholders. Your role will involve strategy, planning and executing tailored marketing initiatives, stakeholder management and ensuring EY's competitive edge in this area while working closely with practice leaders and offering them go-to-market marketing solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
Develop and lead the execution of the strategic marketing plan for EY-Parthenon.
Work closely with practice leaders to facilitate the desired growth of the practice and ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives in accordance with EY and industry standards.
Serve as a liaison between various sub-service line leaders, stakeholders and marketing teams to provide robust go-to-market marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with other service line, industry and alliance groups across the firm, to identify business needs and areas for investment.
Manage go-to-market activities and prioritize initiatives that support the national marketing objectives.
Identify demand, trends, and opportunities through insightful analysis of the market, and sub-service line areas and continuously seek new opportunities for improvement.
Curate knowledge, leveraging the full suite of EY’s services and solutions to deliver relevant insights and best practices, and to equip and enable client conversations.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
What we look for
Prior experience with developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
Prior experience planning and executing executive-level events, roundtables, webinars and sponsorships that support relationship-building and brand positioning.
Prior experience collaborating with subject matter experts to shape high-impact thought leadership, client stories, social content, and sales collateral – that resonate with executive audiences.
Ability to work alongside and effectively communicate with senior executives, being seen as a credible trusted advisor.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality, integrity and insight.
At ease managing multiple high-priority projects and navigating ambiguity in a deadline-driven and matrixed environment.
Strong leadership skills and experience with overseeing staff.
Process-driven, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to work both independently and with the team, relying on strong influencing skills to achieve results.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A graduate degree is preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience.
Proven experience in program, project, and campaign management and execution.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, with the ability to work comfortably with senior leaders.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing trends, execution, and measurement.
Strategic thinker with hands-on approach.
Confident operating iwth ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and complex projects and initiatives simultaneously.
This position is available to candidates in various EY offices across Canada. Please note that due to the national scope of the role, proficiency in English is required.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Past experience in professional services and/or strategy consulting is highly desirable.
Past experience marketing to C-suite and/or Board of Directors.
Understanding of transactions (buy and/or sell side) management consulting.
B2B marketing experience an asset.
Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $92,300 to $153,800 Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
