We’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our growing Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within Coveo’s IT organization. This is a pivotal role for someone who can wear both technical and strategic hats. Leveraging your deep knowledge of integration, APIs, and automation, you’ll act as a critical link between business and technology, shaping strategic architecture while driving the execution of practical, high-impact solutions.
Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities:
Design and document solution architectures for major cross-functional projects. Focus on integration, automation, and AI enablement.
Support the evaluation and selection of technologies and platforms. Ensure they align with enterprise standards and business goals.
Translate business requirements into high-level system designs, interface specs, and technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, and Business teams. Ensure solutions fit architecturally and are sustainable.
Work with the Director of EA to assess the impact of new solutions while making sure they align with the capability models and roadmaps.
Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other governance forums.
Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and reusable solution patterns.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
8+ years of experience designing technical solutions in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud-native architectures.
Here is what would make you stand out:
Certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF Foundation), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Experience with AI/ML components or automation platforms (e.g., RPA, LLM APIs, AI SaaS platforms) is an advantage.
