QuadReal: Excellence lives here. www.quadreal.com Role Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement, and working closely with the Procurement Specialists, the Procurement Analyst will support the execution of procurement activities across multiple streams. Primary areas of focus include RFPs/RFQs, Inventory and Supplies Management, Procurement Data, and internal procurement process training. This role is instrumental in delivering facilitation services and acts as a key point of contact for properties accessing services from the Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE). The Procurement Analyst will also support internal users by delivering training related to procurement practices and processes, maintaining documentation of procurement materials, and assisting with departmental administration such as meeting coordination and note-taking. Responsibilities: Support user groups through procurement processes during the acquisition of goods and services. Participate in meetings with operations teams to guide users through the procurement lifecycle, understand business needs, build relationships, and raise awareness of the services and benefits of the Procurement Centre of Excellence. Deliver and support training on procurement practices, systems, and processes to internal users across departments. Document training materials, procurement process guides, and user instructions to support knowledge transfer and onboarding. Provide administrative support to the Procurement department including preparation and facilitation of meetings and communications both internal and external, agendas, documentation of meeting notes, and file management. Collect and analyze procurement data from various systems and translate it into meaningful reports for use in procurement strategy, process improvement, and performance tracking. Support the Senior Manager, Procurement in the execution and improvement of key procurement processes such as inventory management, and e-procurement platforms. Contribute to the development of QuadReal’s procurement databases and process benchmarks by engaging with internal/external stakeholders, evaluating existing processes, and proposing enhancements. Enhance inventory management practices across various asset classes, including vendor negotiations, punch-out catalog expansion, and streamlined supply management. Assist in the execution of Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE) projects, including procurement training, new technology/tool rollouts, and implementation of procurement best practices. Support vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and value delivery. Facilitate competitive sourcing processes for both new and existing suppliers. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and promote continuous improvement in service delivery. Experience and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an asset. Experience: Minimum three years in strategic procurement or purchasing roles; experience in a national/international organization with multi-site operations preferred. Familiarity with contract law and contract administration is an asset. Analytical: Strong ability to interpret and analyze quantitative and qualitative data; detail-oriented and adept at synthesizing data into actionable insights. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Organization: Able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and prioritization skills required. Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools is an asset. Collaboration: Highly proactive and collaborative; capable of working independently while being a strong team contributor.
