About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team and ensure Plooto’s internal systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing. This role is critical to supporting our fast-growing, distributed workforce while maintaining the controls and tooling required for a regulated fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IT operations including onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, access management, and issue resolution for macOS, Windows, and mobile devices
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and key SaaS tools to support productivity and compliance
Deploy, configure, and manage device management tools (Intune and Jamf Pro) to ensure endpoint compliance and streamline remote support
Implement and improve identity and access management, including SSO, conditional access, and automated provisioning workflows
Partner with InfoSec and Engineering to uphold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance through documentation, tooling, and audit prep
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud applications, endpoints, and networks to resolve escalated technical issues efficiently
Write and maintain internal IT documentation and knowledge base content to support scalable IT operations
Lead or support cross-functional IT projects such as hardware refreshes, SaaS rollouts, security tooling deployments, and automation initiatives
Contribute to employee enablement by modeling best practices and occasionally leading IT training or onboarding sessions
Qualifications
4–6 years of hands-on IT administration experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, and Jamf Pro
Experience supporting ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, including documentation and audit support
Strong problem-solving skills across software, hardware, SaaS, and networking environments
Familiarity with endpoint protection, phishing prevention, and identity access management frameworks
Clear and user-friendly communicator with a knack for writing internal documentation
Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Security+, or Jamf Certified Tech are a strong asset
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
