The Industrial Millwright/Mechanic assumes overall responsibility for performing maintenance functions, including equipment installation and repairs, new construction, service, preventative maintenance, equipment startup, and testing, renovating and restoring, troubleshooting equipment, etc. What you will do: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facilities equipment and machinery utilizing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and instrumentation skill sets. Repairing/replacement of fixtures, agitators, pumps, motors, and corn-handling equipment Performs related duties, including minor duties of other trades where certification is not required, and the work does not exceed its own limitations. Is a safety advocate; leads by example by complying with all plant and Occupational Health and Safety policies. Must have CMMS experience (SAP) Maintain the work area and physical environment neat, clean, and orderly (5S). Perform any other duties as required. Ability to work as a member of a team with minimal supervision. What you will bring: Certificate of Qualification licensed Industrial Millwright/Mechanic (433A/Red Seal Journeyman required), In good standing with the College of Trades 1 year of experience in an industrial environment, maintaining mechanical/electrical equipment. Welding with stick/tig & Pipefitting would be an asset Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting capabilities Ability to work with and interpret data and drawings & to work with varying physical demands, including extreme posture, temperature, and height.
