Accounts Receivable Representative - Pfaff APC, Vaughan, ON L4K 4L1 Accounts Receivable Representative The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative is a liaison between Lithia Motors, Inc. and its customers. The role is responsible for providing stellar customer service as it relates to both the efficient and timely collection of service and parts customer receivables as well as the professional response to inquiries regarding those receivables. The AR Representative reports to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts daily to identify aged receivables and contact customers for payment. Keep detailed records and reporting on collection activity including updating systems and trackers. Receive in-bound AR related calls. Resolve billing issues. Research and respond to inquiries from service and parts customers, Lithia stores and internal customers within the timeframe that aligns with established service level agreements. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time. Previous customer service experience. Experience with outbound calls or collections is valuable.
