The Role: The Solution Manager (Finance and Operations) will work closely with functional business owners, the internal IT organization, and outside resources to determine needs and develop solutions within our ERP Systems. You will participate in projects, new development activities, support and testing to ensure that our ERP is meeting business expectations. Responsibilities: Continuously gain an understanding of Arterra business operations and leverage this to enhance business processes. Work closely with business stake holders and other IT groups to define and document requirements. Lead new project development, be involved in production support of ongoing implementations. Configure systems and design processes to achieve desired business results. Create detailed documentation (Functional Specification and User Guides). Perform testing and lead User Acceptance Testing. Provide problem resolution and support to the business. Draw upon knowledge to develop, enhance, or support all JD Edwards modules that include but are not limited to Order to Cash, Procurement, Manufacturing, Transportation, Warehousing and Financials. Use experience to contribute to the enhancement or support of other systems as needed. Recommended Qualifications: 10 + years of ERP work experience. Familiarity with standard IT practices related to business application development, implementation, and support. Strong documentation skills. Service-orientated self-starter that can work independently and prioritize workload. Demonstrated organization skills, ability to work within processes, attention to detail, and the capacity to meet timelines. Ability to take ownership and follow through on all tasks. Strong coordination, facilitation, and negotiation skills to determine optimal solutions. Ability to work in a distributed team environment and all levels of an organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred. JDE software experience as nice to have (9.2 release preferred) ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time Primary work environment is professional corporate office located in Mississauga under a hybrid work environment (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office). Compensation: Budgeted Range – $101,355.00 -131,165.00 the budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
