StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach,
engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated
optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform
seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results
across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose
StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising
and marketing channels.
We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy
and execution for our demand generation campaigns. This is a strategic, hands-on
individual contributor role for someone who can think like a content strategist
and write like a creative storyteller. You’ll own campaign narratives from
ideation to execution, crafting high-performing content that drives leads and
moves prospects through the funnel.
You’ll collaborate with the Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Design teams
to shape campaign direction—then bring it to life through compelling content
like reports, guides, landing pages, and emails. This role isn’t just about
writing. It’s about connecting the dots between audience insight, business
priorities, and campaign performance—and using tools like AI to get there faster
and smarter.
StackAdapt is a remote-first company, and we welcome applicants from Canada and
the United States.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute content strategies that support demand generation
campaigns and business goals
- Write high-quality content assets across the buyer journey
- Own the content lifecycle: planning and positioning, writing, reviewing, and
publishing
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, and Design teams to shape
campaign messaging and formats
- Ensure content is SEO-informed, visually engaging, and optimized for
performance
- Use Google Analytics (GA4) and heatmapping tools (CrazyEgg) to tie content
efforts to performance outcomes
- Leverage AI and research tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, SEMrush) not only for
research and drafting, but to build or integrate advanced workflows, such as
custom GPTs, to enhance efficiency and campaign performance
- Analyze campaign performance to iterate and optimize based on what’s working
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaign experiences to life across
social, email, web, events and more
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS or AdTech/MarTech
preferred)
- Proven success crafting content that supports lead generation and sales
enablement
- Strong writing skills—able to flex tone and structure based on audience and
stage of funnel
- Proven experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and heatmapping tools (e.g.,
CrazyEgg, Hotjar) to assess content performance and tie content strategies to
measurable outcomes
- Experience in full-funnel campaign development and content sequencing
- Comfort with performance metrics and using data to optimize content strategy
- Strategic mindset with the ability to tie messaging to business outcomes
- Hands-on experience experimenting with emerging AI tools (e.g., custom GPTs,
AI-powered monitoring, automated content testing), with a strong drive to
apply them in practical, innovative ways that improve campaign execution and
marketing outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and
competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests on content assets (e.g., email
copy, landing pages, CTAs) to optimize engagement, conversions, and overall
campaign performance.
- Bonus: Experience creating playbooks or campaign content frameworks
