We are currently hiring an Bilingual Inside Sales + Account Services Specialist to work in our Mississauga, Ontario location! This position is a hybrid role and will work 2 days onsite and 3 remote.
Shifts Available: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

What you’ll do:
Solicit, open and generate revenues from this customer channel to meet sales quotas. Maintain and grow defined inside sales territory. Achieve specific inside sales territory KPI’s.
Exceed defined number of sales calls per day.
Develop sales strategies by account, based upon potential incremental business, and execute to meet/exceed established sales goals and objectives
Execute high-quality calls to prospects in order to secure new accounts. Prospecting will make up approximately 50% of the job requirement. The remaining 50% is managing current active accounts and fulfilling the duties of the Account Services role.
Complete all sales training opportunities as designed by HOYA
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, and update all competitive knowledge within the CRM system (SalesForce.com)
Increase customer base through prospect calling, lead management, referrals, and supporting account expansion
Utilize all resources to manage your territory. (Key Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, Accounts Receivables, Credit, etc.)
Understand, create, and negotiate pricing within our pricing structure, and abide by the pricing guidelines
Plan, develop, and/or participate in product trainings, custom marketing programs, and events when needed
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and use the opportunity to build stronger relationships
Oversee and manage relationships with our existing small accounts to ensure our industrial programs are working properly
Create and distribute appropriate documents to educate our customers on our programs and offerings
Support national marketing campaigns and collateral efforts
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and French) is a requirement
2-3 years in a sales related role with achievements
College graduate is the minimum education requirement
Be very comfortable with hosting virtual meetings with internal/external customers
Strong business communication (both verbal and written) skills
Proactive / takes initiative and must have good problem-solving skills
Computer literacy is a must: SF.com or other CRM, Excel, Word, Email, Navigating Keyboard/Computer etc.
