What you`ll be doing:
- Define and co-own the product strategy for our global Marketplace e-commerce
platform in close partnership with Marketplace leadership, aligning on
vision, priorities, and outcomes.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional senior leadership.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, research, sizing,
alignment, delivery, optimization. Define and track KPIs to optimize
conversion funnels, user journeys, and post-redemption satisfaction, turning
insights into action and iteration.
- Shape the product experience: from how users discover and redeem rewards, to
how features are prioritized, launched, and refined.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers,
working cross-functionally across Engineering, Marketplace Operations,
Support, and GTM teams to deliver differentiating customer-centric solutions.
Develop and inspire excellence through coaching and regular feedback.
- Drive comprehensive documentation, enabling accountability and knowledge
sharing across teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- You thrive in accelerated growth environments, enjoy solving enterprise-scale
customer and operational challenges, and are passionate about uniting teams.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful digital e-commerce experiences at
scale.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder
engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, customer
segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather insights, validate
ideas, and build trust.
- Interest in leading and mentoring high-performance teams. Prior people
leadership experience is not required but is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or master`s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with loyalty or B2B2C ecosystems an asset.
