JOBSITE: · Execute monthly targets for Job Site demos and Product Knowledge training sessions. · Manage and formally log the execution of all site demos / training including with required information assigned by the Canadian Job Site Specialist Manager. · Work as directed with WC based Account Executives to develop jobsite prospect maps, identifying targets sites detailing construction type, volume of construction, timeline for project completion, and trade partner selling presence. · Manage a fleet of demo tools working with the Service department to keep them in excellent working condition; all tool failures must be reported immediately. · Execute jobsite work-withs with assigned trade partners including and not limited to full day ride along. · Report all future sales opportunities to applicable AE’s so that they can initiate and secure sales opportunities with trade partners. OVERALL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: · Positively represent the Metabo-HPT brand and proactively promote the brand to assist in growing sales and market share. · Required to visibly wear Metabo-HPT brand apparel during each working day to assist in brand awareness in this space. · Required to complete and submit a planned call route report submitted each Friday afternoon for the following week to the Canadian Job Site Specialist Manager. · Required to complete a Job Site Call report detailing your work throughout the week by Friday EOD. A weekly Microsoft Teams meeting will be held to review these reports and call routing. · To safely operate and maintain a Demo Vehicle including scheduling of preventative maintenance and tire changes. A clean Driver’s Abstract will be required for this position. · It is the expectation of the individual in this role to arrive at the first daily call no later than 8:30 am each day; no driving time will be factored into the first or last call of each working day. Some scheduling may be altered due to client events. · Required to report any reoccurring product failure to the Service Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing for review with Marketing department. · Required to always wear protective clothing and footwear. This includes steel-toed footwear and high-vis. Safety is paramount on and off the jobsites. · Travel within and out of Province required as assigned by the Canadian Job Site Specialist Manager. Travel outside of the set Territory might be required from time to time. · All approved expenses must be submitted to our accounting department before the month-end.
