Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? Delivery lead will partner with LOBs, Risk, other enterprise partners to drive delivery of Intelligent Operations capabilities across all Line of Business. What will you do? Delivery Leadership Lead execution of Intelligent Operations' full delivery processes, ensuring successful project outcomes. Partner with the LOB champions and senior management on value and risk tracking, business strategy alignment and roadmaps. Develop and manage business objectives aligned roadmaps. Create and actively manage communication channels across Enterprise-wide stakeholders. Be a point of contact for all LOBs. Track progress within portfolio milestones, facilitating regular updates from teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability. Agility and Collaboration Foster a culture of ownership, biased for action, agility and lean principles, coaching teams and individuals to adopt cross-functional collaboration. Implement best practices that drive delivery success and continuous improvement. Manage and maintain Jira boards for all PODs, ensuring alignment with delivery goals and milestones. Leverage Jira's reporting and dashboard capabilities to provide visibility into progress, bottlenecks, and team performance. Accountability and Quality Assurance Ensure no work is dropped by maintaining a robust tracking and follow-up process. Hold teams accountable for meeting milestones and timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards. Proactively manage dependencies, facilitate team problem-solving, and develop innovative solutions to address challenges and impediments. Prepare and deliver influential C-level reports on achievements, milestones, progress on deliverables, risks, and issues. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: 10+ years of experience as a Delivery lead with both developments and operations best practices. Prior experience in AI, MLOps, Cloud, SRE, DevOps and ITSM. Strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities. Strong collaborator, servant leader with delivery mindset and focus on bringing value to the end user. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Nice-to-have: A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry. Prior experience working with engineering teams to Data, AI and ML. Hands on with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) Graduate degree / MBA Agile Certification. What’s in it for you?
