The System Coupling team within Ansys couples together various physics solvers to enable simulation of multi-physics phenomena such as fluid-structure interaction, conjugate heat transfer, electro-mechanical, and many others. We have a co-op placement opportunity available for a CAE Software Development Support position. The purpose of this position is to improve the System Coupling software quality through model verification, validation, feature testing, and other research-oriented projects. You will work with the development and testing teams, who are highly skilled and motivated. This is a full-time position beginning in January 2026 and ending in April 2026, students must be actively enrolled in university. RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting the team in some or all of the following areas: testing and validating existing software features testing and validating new software features under development assisting in the creation of automated tools and tests research activities MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Pursing a Bachelors, Masters, or PHD in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, mechanical or chemical engineering students with completed course work in fluid mechanics and heat transfer. If pursuing a bachelor’s level degree, must be 3rd or 4th year.
