Job Description and Responsibilities Interpro Pipe & Steel is seeking an experienced Inventory Finance Manager to oversee and coordinate inventory control processes across all Canadian sites. Based in Regina, this key role ensures accurate and timely month-end reporting and drives best practices in inventory management across a complex production and manufacturing environment. Ensure monitoring and accurate inventory levels for all Canadian Operation sites are being followed and maintained Problem solving, improvements and innovations Demonstrate the importance of integrity Managing administration of internal product pricing and setups, shipping, posting, workflows and sales orders Regular monitoring of inventory systems for variances and processing corrections Supervising Inventory and Scrap Yard clerks Assist in auditing inventory and providing external auditors information as requested Maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments, fostering effective communication. Assist other team members to complete projects/assignments. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting is preferred, combined with 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing industry Previous inventory management experience, preference given to candidates with knowledge of steel, pipe and plate experience Demonstrated ability to solve problems Continuous improvement mindset Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Kronos and Oracle Ability to communicate technical information Ability to travel within North America is required Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits!
