Job Description and Responsibilities Supervises the day-to-day operations of hourly employees working in the lab. Provides performance feedback, coaching, and training of employees Performs calibration and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational and quality standards. Attend daily production meetings. Review testing requirements for each product Drive continuous improvement, with a focus on safety performance, takt time and consumable costs Conducts qualification testing with third party inspectors Review quality test results with Product Specialists to facilitate pipe release Job Requirements Post secondary education in related field Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience of two years in a supervisory role. Ability to work effectively with others Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels within the organization. Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, close observation, and concentration Strong communication and time management skills. Demonstrated knowledge in calibration and lab testing procedures.
