The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and lead the product development & idea generation and synthesis activities
Work with cross-functional and senior business unit partners globally to identify and deliver products post competitive research, market analysis, and customer value analysis
Deliver the UI & UX components leading the development team
Bring in Agentic AI modules to accelerate time to market and operational capabilities
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a team of UI Development & UX Designers.
Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices.
Deliver a cohesive UI/UX vision, along with a plan for execution and deliver successfully on the same.
Implement culture and principles within the group, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in managing or leading design teams.
Good working knowledge of web development and business intelligence tools as a delivery manager
Experience working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work, with a collaborative and innovative approach.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
