Job Title Head of Corporate Strategy Job Description The Head of Corporate Strategy will shape and execute Philips’ global corporate strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities across the HealthTech landscape, developing value creation plans, supporting execution, and guiding strategic partnerships and investments to drive long-term growth and shareholder value. Your role: Establish a deep understanding of attractive opportunities for Philips in the global HealthTech landscape considering macroeconomic developments, healthcare market changes, competitor moves, and technology trends Develop value creation plans addressing these opportunities including actionable implementation measures Synthesize plans and business specific strategies into global corporate strategy for Philips Establish partnerships and inorganic opportunities supporting the global strategy of Philips Execution Support: Partner with Strategy, M&A and Business teams to guide the implementation of strategic initiatives in line with corporate strategy, including global partnerships, acquisitions and minority investments Lead and mentor a team of five strategy professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Align with and present recommendations to the Philips Board of Management and other key stakeholders, ensuring progress towards corporate goals and securing buy-in for key initiatives. You're the right fit if: Education: MBA or advanced degree in business, science or a related field 10+ years of experience in strategy and/or consulting roles, ideally in senior leadership positions with high impact and visibility across organizations. 5+ years of operational experience with proven track record of achieving challenging goals, driving direct business impact and/or proven track record in establishing partnerships and driving inorganic measures Strong network across the global HealthTech industry In-depth understanding of healthcare trends, market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and clinical product development Proven understanding of technologies with high impact on HealthTech (including AI/ML, biotech, robotics), ideally based on R&D/product development experiences or an applicable academic background Proven ability to develop global corporate strategies and growth strategies with measurable impact. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
