Interface and Solution Implementation: Work closely with partners to implement interfaces and integrated solutions. Deployment and Scaling: Coordinate with IT teams to deploy and scale new instances as required by performance demands and expanding business needs, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. Risk and Performance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and system degradation. Non-Functional Requirements Alignment: Align software characteristics with defined business non-functional requirements, such as performance, availability, and security. Code Quality and Delivery: Ensure all software is unit tested, appropriately documented, and delivered within the established timelines. Partner with QA teams to address both functional and non-functional testing requirements. Version Control Management: Maintain all development work in enterprise-approved version control systems, such as GitLab, ensuring traceability and collaboration. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in Front-End Technologies: Strong skills in Angular framework, Typescript, Javascript and CSS. Proficiency in Back-End Development Expertise: Solid understanding of server-side languages, primarily Java but also C#, or Python and frameworks such as Spring Proficient in debugging legacy Java applications using developer tools Experienced with component libraries Angular Material, DevExpress, AG-Grid, and NGX-Datatable Experienced with Database Management: Writing performant queries on RDBMs like Oracle. Experienced with API Development and Integration: Designing and working with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Experienced with Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment. Familiarity of unit testing frameworks such as Junit and methodologies like Test-Driven Development Familiar with Cloud Services: Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiar with Version Control Systems: Familiar with platforms such as GitHub or GitLab. Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD: Familiar with practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Travis CI. Experience: Development Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on development experience across the full stack. Technical Leadership: At least 4 years of experience in a technical lead role, overseeing development teams and driving project success. Industry Experience: Experience in commodity trading or related industries is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
