What You’ll Do
As our Farm and Home Centre Division Manager, you’ll be a key part of the Senior Leadership team, providing strategic leadership and day-to-day direction across our Home & Farm Centres. Your impact will be felt across operations, people, and community.
You’ll:
Lead and support a group of stores, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier customer experiences.
Inspire and develop your team, providing coaching, mentorship, and clear direction.
Drive results through thoughtful budgeting, planning, and project execution.
Champion customer satisfaction and uphold our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures — keeping people safe is part of how we care.
Help shape tactical and strategic plans that align with our purpose-driven growth.

Who You Are
You’re an experienced, people-first leader who brings a mix of operational know-how, community focus, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. You’re ready to lead with purpose and have some fun while doing it.
You have:
A post-secondary education in business or a related field (bonus points for additional certifications).
8–12 years of relevant industry experience.
5+ years leading high-performing teams — across clerical, technical, or professional roles.
A knack for coaching others and inspiring accountability and growth.
Clear, confident communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong decision-making chops backed by smart analysis.
Flexibility to manage multiple priorities — and stay calm when things get busy.
