ABOUT THE ROLE
The Licensing Royalty Allocation Administrator is responsible for entry and validation of media licensing reports
WHAT YOU’LL DO / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review media licensing reports received for completeness and accuracy
Enter media licensing reports
Validate license fee calculation
Coordinate activities with Account Managers in Royalty Collections
Proactively advise team lead of potential processing and efficiency improvements.
Digital payment and cheque processing
Other duties, as required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma
Computer literacy required: working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Epicor
Excellent financial skills
Knowledge of existing SOCAN workflow
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and ability to multi-task
