performance, traffic optimization, auction dynamics, margin, and overall
technical inventory initiatives by driving projects that sit at the intersection
of real-time bidding, inventory signals, and data science. The

possesses in-depth knowledge of openRTB and auction signal behaviour, and knows
how to translate complex technical goals into actionable programs. This role

- Drive Bidding-Focused Initiatives: Lead high-impact programs that optimize
bidder performance across win rate, margin, and delivery. Develop a deep
understanding of how our bidder consumes signals and orchestrate the
technical workstreams to drive improvement.
- Orchestrate Execution Across Teams: Scope and manage technical projects
end-to-end, partnering with Backend Engineering, Data Science, and other
internal stakeholders. Provide structure, track progress, and drive
accountability to ensure timely and successful delivery.

signals and auction dynamics. Work with internal teams to evaluate new
signals, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that impact bidder
behaviour and platform performance.
- Measurement & Data Analysis: Define, clarify, and track success metrics
across initiatives. Utilize SQL and internal data tools to analyze the impact
and collaborate with Data Science to evaluate performance shifts over time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other TPMs, Data Science,
Infrastructure, and Performance Program teams to align priorities and ensure
initiatives are delivered holistically. Engage with external partners only
when technical strategy or escalations require deeper alignment.
- Internal Strategy Partner: Translate top-level strategic goals into
executable technical programs. Help senior leadership operationalize goals
such as “improve auction competitiveness” or “increase win rate on high-value
supply” by defining scope, dependencies, and timelines.

understanding of openRTB protocol and auction signal mechanics.
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical
operations, or similar roles within ad tech or high-scale platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis and modelling, with a strong ability to develop
scalable, insights-driven solutions.
- Extensive experience with SQL/Python for querying and analyzing large
datasets to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and measure program
impact.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
with clarity and structure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
across engineering, data, and product-adjacent teams.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to dig into how things work to uncover
root causes and spot new opportunities.
