As a Sr. Specialist – Strategic Brand Execution at AIR MILES, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how our brand connects with millions of Canadians. Responsibilities: Champion Creative Excellence: Lead the execution of strategic brand campaigns with a strong focus on creative storytelling, ensuring all deliverables reflect the AIR MILES brand voice and visual identity. Collaborate and Lead Ways of Working Across Teams: Partner with business stakeholders, internal creative, channel, legal and execution teams to bring bold ideas to life, from concept to final market execution. Drive Innovation: Contribute to the development of new marketing concepts that push creative boundaries and captivate our audience. Ensure Cohesive Presence: Integrate creative across digital and traditional channels to deliver a seamless and impactful brand experience. Analyze & Optimize: Understand and monitor campaign performance and provide creative-driven insights and recommendations to enhance future executions. Creative Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the Creative team to ensure all assets align with the strategic brand platform and campaign objectives Salary: $56,000.00 - $103,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents AIR MILES’ pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES’ expected target for the first year in this position. AIR MILES’ total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
