In this role, you will use your superb communication and organizational skills, to manage the Sprucewood Branch, including budget, staffing, facility, collections, and services to best meet community needs. As the manager, you are accountable for 17 full-time and part-time positions. Familiar with library service trends and technologies, you foster a learning environment and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Master of Library and Information Science degree from an ALA accredited library school and a minimum of two years professional library experience and three years supervisory or directly related experience. Note: Equivalencies will be considered for those with a relevant undergraduate degree, at least seven years of related management experience, and a commitment to complete a Master of Library Information Studies degree (within five years).
Satisfactory background screening is required for this position, which includes a Criminal Record Check/Police Information Check.

$106,307- $132,883 per annum
