Job Summary As a Financial Intern - CapEx Planning & Control, you will be supporting the team in the optimization of capital investments and promoting financial discipline across the organization. You will be involved in developing and enhancing reporting tools, streamlining processes, and assisting financial controllers in the successful execution of capital projects. Principal Responsibilities Reporting: Establish standardized checks and reporting protocols to ensure data accuracy and consistency Design and support the development of reporting tools (excel, PowerBI and/or others), tailored to specific internal customers and stakeholders Process Improvement: Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in financial analysis for decision-making Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the CapEx planning CapEx Support: Support the financial controllers in the execution of major capital projects Develop tools to monitor all capital projects to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies Document and Train: Document processes in collaboration with key stakeholders Create training material and provide guidance to end users Qualifications & Experience Education & Certificates 2nd to 3rd year for a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field Relevant experience in handling tasks that require attention to details Technical Skills & Experience Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good communication skills within a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
