Training: Week of August 25th (exact date/time TBC)
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on, and experienced Team Lead (TL) to oversee a high-energy multi-brand campus sampling activation in partnership with Church & Dwight and Brand Momentum. This role involves managing teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring flawless execution across three Ontario university campuses.
Brands Featured: Trojan, Batiste, Hero Cosmetics, TheraBreath
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee load-in and load-out at all three campuses
Drive a U-Haul to and from each activation (must be confident driving larger vehicles)
Lead on-site Brand Ambassador teams, assign roles, and coordinate break schedules
Act as main point of contact between the team, production, and client representatives
Ensure all brand guidelines and messaging are delivered consistently
Engage with students, answer questions, and encourage social media participation
Support setup/tear-down of 10x10 tents, back walls, and branded games
Keep materials, games, and samples organized for smooth event flow
Be comfortable sampling and speaking about all four brands
Qualifications:
Previous event or brand team leadership experience required
Confident driving a U-Haul; personal vehicle is an asset
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Outgoing, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
Social media savvy; familiarity with campus culture is an asset
Comfortable with outdoor work and lifting light equipment
