What You’ll Do Learning Strategy & Program Design Design, develop, and deploy a global learning strategy that supports business transformation and talent development. Lead the creation and evolution of global scalable learning initiatives, such as leadership labs, digital learning ecosystems, AI – Powered Learning Journeys focused on using innovative modalities and formats for delivery. Lead the creation of development programs to service and enable all global levels of the organization. Leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies (e.g. microlearning, Nano learning, adaptive learning, social learning ect) Curate and recommend high-quality learning content from internal and external sources and build content in partnership with SMEs, while ensuring content is inclusive, accessible and aligned with adult learning principles. Program Delivery & Facilitation Lead the end-to-end deployment of global learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional needs, ensuring flawless execution. Oversee the governance of scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of programs. Establish monitoring systems to track program health, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of the programs. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure local execution aligns with global standards and expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning into business workflows. Facilitate engaging workshops for people leaders, emerging talent, and executive-level participants. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, People & Culture teams, and subject matter experts to co-create learning journeys. Act as a trusted advisor on leadership capability, learning culture, and talent readiness. Promote learning programs through strategic communications and internal advocacy. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions using blended modalities. Develop and maintain standardized templates and toolkits for: Learning Needs Assessments (e.g., surveys, interviews, capability gap analysis) Program Design Blueprints (e.g., logic models, learning journeys, modality mix) Content Curation Frameworks (e.g., vendor evaluation, taxonomy alignment, DEI filters) Ensure templates are adaptable across regions, functions, and learner personas and train HRBPs and regional L&D teams on how to use and localize these tools. Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program effectiveness. Monitor trends in learning science, leadership development, and AI-enabled learning. Leverage feedback loops and learning analytics to improve program design and learner outcomes. Implement Methodologies to measure success such as Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, the Learning Transfer Evaluation Model or Bloom’s Taxonomy or ADDIE Model Team Leadership & Coaching Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of instructional designers and learning specialists. Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation. Provide coaching and guidance to elevate team capabilities and career growth. Experience You’ll Bring Diploma or Certificate in Adult Learning, or a bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate learning, leadership development, or talent management. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale learning initiatives in fast-paced, global, or matrixed organizations. Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills. Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and data analytics.
