What we offer
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our collaborative and
fast-paced IT delivery team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of
fully tested and functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including the
Sales App, Customer Care App, and Marketing App. In this role, you will
collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other IT
stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable systems that support critical
business functions.
What you’ll do
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test
scripts (manual and automated) for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Validate business processes and system workflows across Sales, Customer Care,
and Marketing modules within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements,
assess risks, and support Agile sprint activities.
- Lead regression, integration, functional, performance, and user acceptance
testing activities.
- Drive test automation initiatives using Leapwork or similar tools to enhance
test coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure that deliverables meet business expectations, compliance standards,
and quality benchmarks.
- Participate in release planning and provide QA input on timelines, risks, and
readiness.
- Coach and mentor Business Analysts and other team members and support
continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2 years in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Care,
and Marketing apps.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and QA
best practices.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
- Proficiency with Leapwork or comparable test automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bonus points
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience working in Sales, Marketing, or Homebuilding industries.
- ISTQB or other QA certifications.
- Experience with performance/load testing tools.
