Company: Victor Description: We are seeking a leader to manage a team of Sales Representatives on the Group Benefits team. This role will be based in our Mississauga office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. This highly visible role will focus on distribution strategy, building strong relationships with key distribution partners while supporting the sales team in order to drive revenue growth. We will count on you to: Develop and implement effective distribution strategies and supporting action plans for sales team Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners advisors that support strong sales and retention results Develop strategy to build the Victor profile in the advisor community.
