You will
Welcome guests with a smile, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
Handle calls like a pro, keep our reception area sharp, and manage mail and deliveries with efficiency and flair
Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries and arrange and receive couriers
Manage the cleanliness of the kitchens and boardrooms on all floors
Assist with administrative tasks
Assist business groups and teams with administrative support as needed
Maintain a cheerful, organized office environment where everyone can thrive

Hours: This role will have a 35-hour work week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours as needed.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, pro-rated at 35 hours per week, depending on experience
