As a Senior Performance Advisor, you are part of the Execution Advisory Services Department, which is responsible for promoting performance dialogue, driving business decisions and fostering action by helping the various business sectors in the Accès Desjardins Division analyze performance. You play a leadership role and provide advisory support to various stakeholders by analyzing the performance of the sectors under your responsibility. You carry out in-depth, rigorous analysis using advanced statistical methods to identify underperformance and investigate the causes for it. You play a key role in strengthening analysis methodologies and making sure results are high quality, reliable and reproducible. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. More specifically, you will be required to: Advise and assist key stakeholders (directors and managers) in monitoring their sector’s business performance. You also work with other stakeholders who support the operational sector. Analyze business performance issues, diagnose issues and participate in discussions on how to correct them. Develop and apply statistical models and quantitative analysis techniques to support performance diagnostics. Select relevant KPIs, develop analyses, share comments on performance and carry out mandates under your responsibility. Monitor major market trends and competitors to improve your analyses. Collaborate on the continuous improvement of analysis tools and processes by incorporating best practices in data science and applied statistics.
