This Position reports to:
Hoisting Service Manager
Your Role: Own the Challenge
Develop planning documents, monitor execution for cost control, resource efficiency, and HSE compliance.
Analyze project risks, implement lessons learned, and track contract performance and deliverables.
Align with engineering, testing, site teams, and subcontractors to execute service projects efficiently.
Build strong client relationships, support contract negotiations, prepare quotes, and manage contract changes.
Partner with ABB Account Managers to identify and pursue new service opportunities.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
Engineering degree or Technology diploma; PMP designation preferred.
Minimum 5 years managing industrial control systems and electrical apparatus projects in industrial and/or utility sectors.
Proven ability to manage scope, costs, scheduling, vendor relations, and perform financial analysis.
Skilled in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Bilingual in French and English with strong written/spoken communication and a collaborative, solution-driven mindset. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
