Job Description What is the opportunity? Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is on a journey to transform the end-to-end Advisor experience, enabling our teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with AA experience. To deliver on this promise, the Wealth Management Digital team is focused on creating innovative digital products, services, and experiences across all aspects of the Advisor activities and Client interactions. The WMC Digital Product Enablement team is instrumental in the successful delivery of products, supporting product owners and cross-functional teams through the end-to-end process, from a defined product strategy through to GTM (go to market) launch plans. This position will focus on the strategic enablement and product development process. Working in partnership with digital product owners, business and domain experts, you will support cross-functional teams to clearly define and solve complex business problems, understand and advocate for user’s needs, and support delivery and GTM teams towards successful and timely digital outcomes. What will you do? You will work horizontally across several expert domain areas, ensuring clear cross-functional communication and collaboration in our end-to-end process. You will have some experience, previous contact working with strategy, business, qualitative research, and digital product development to support in a variety of subject areas across the delivery process. You will work closely with strategy and planning partners to prepare and communicate our short-, mid-, and long-term launch plans to all relevant partners and stakeholders You will support digital product owners to share journeys and roadmaps, connecting the overview of digital developments planned for our Advisors and Clients You will work closely with digital product owners/managers to support the refinement of: product strategies, including business outcomes, OKR’s, KPI’s, roadmaps, validation research, and ensuring cross functional delivery teams are informed for resourcing/scheduling purposes. You will support best practices for an agile approach to digital development You will lead the GTM (go to market) strategies for our digital product launches. This will include pilot planning and research support activities. You will work closely with communication and training partners to build and test a shared process model that seamlessly connects GTM planning to the development process. You will work closely with product owners and data analytics to ensure we are considering the appropriate data collection/feedback mechanisms for product pilots, launches and post-launch data collection. You will be instrumental in user engagement planning, to ensure product owners engage the voice of our users and other stakeholders appropriately across our eco-system of digital development. What do you need to succeed? Must haves: University degree, some business acumen, strategic thinker Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital product environment Demonstrated experience working effectively with multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, including technology, design and business partners Understanding of modern digital product development practices Excellent communication and listening skills Nice-to-have: Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a matrixed environment, with the ability to impact, influence and negotiate with key stakeholders. Experience of delivering qualitative research methods and insights Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills High degree of PC literacy and experience using industry standard software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mural, Asana.)
