Job Description WHAT WILL YOU DO? Own the overall ERP architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational vision. Define the target ERP platform architecture, setting principles for integration, data management, security, and scalability. Govern solution architecture decisions across all ERP modules, interfaces, and ecosystem integrations. Chair architecture review boards, approves key design and integration decisions, and evaluates major customization proposals. Act as the primary ERP architecture advisor to the SMT, translating business strategy and requirements into actionable implementation guidance. Ensure business processes, configurations, and custom developments are implemented according to the global design as new entities are onboarded. Lead fit-gap analysis and resolves design issues to maintain alignment with the global design. Review and approve detailed functional and technical specifications for each rollout, ensuring adherence to global design and minimizing unnecessary customization. Must have: Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ERP systems. They should possess expertise in financial systems, including product and non-product sub-ledgers, general ledger, finance consolidation, payroll, and procurement integration. They should have strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, including integration, data management, security, and scalability. Candidates must have experience governing solution architecture decisions and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. They should have strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to chair review boards and evaluate customization proposals. A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate strategy into implementation guidance is required. Candidates should have experience ensuring global design implementation and minimizing customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Practical experience integrating ERP solutions with cloud-native services and platforms (e.g., APIs, messaging, data lakes on Azure or AWS) Nice-to-have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead fit-gap analysis and resolve design issues. ERP or cloud certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Architect, or equivalent ERP certifications) Experience integrating with cloud-based data platforms, including Databricks and Snowflake, to support data ingestion, reporting, and analytics use cases. Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and General AI (GENAI) concepts, particularly in the context of financial services functions, including their applications, limitations, and potential to drive business value.
