Primary responsibility of direct customer account penetration Develop with manager a yearly strategic sales/marketing plan supported by individual goals and objectives. Directly provide value for end customers by advising on process or valve performance issues, consulting regarding life cycle planning, valve performance diagnostics and other technical support. Work with Service and Sales management team to develop and implement regional service sales strategy. Responsible for ongoing area market analysis as it relates to competition, trends and pricing Assist in coordinating area sales activities Assure adherence to Company’s sales, marketing, and service policies as they relate to the sales of goods and services by and through distribution Develop relationships with key contacts at existing and potential customer sites Work with Service Center Management to develop and sell Service Agreements. Track major sales pursuits in CRM. Expectations To excel in the role you should have a solid understanding of the business environment. You balance a desire to support and work closely with customers along with your passion for development of cutting-edge products. Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience in process related or service industry. Sales experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of valves, and or end user processes are highly preferred.
