TFS currently has a 12-month contract opportunity, reporting to the Manager, Contract Funding. This role resides in our Markham Head Office. What you will be doing: Mailroom & Print Operations Support daily printing and distribution of high-volume documents including invoices, reports, and approval letters. Prepare and process outgoing mail using inserter and postage equipment. Courier & Postal Handling Receive, sort, and route incoming Purolator and Canada Post deliveries. Ensure cheques and documents are directed to the appropriate departments and maintain tracking logs. Document Imaging & Administrative Support Process funding-related documents by printing, imaging, and indexing. Respond to internal requests and assist with locating and organizing documents across departments.
