Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Traceability Program Analyst at Arc'teryx, you’ll play a key role in implementing and maintaining our traceability program, which supports transparency and compliance across our global supply chain. Joining during the rollout of a new platform, you’ll help shape foundational business processes, onboard suppliers, and drive engagement within the system. This is an opportunity to build structures from the ground up, influence cross-functional adoption, and develop insights that drive supply chain transparency and compliance.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Compliance team, part of the broader Quality and Compliance department, leads initiatives to ensure our supply chain meets evolving regulatory standards. Within this team, the traceability function is building a program that supports compliance, sustainability and sourcing objectives. During the implementation phase, we work closely with our Technology partners to align systems and processes for long-term success.

If you were in the Traceability Program Analyst role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and document key traceability business processes
Translating business requirements into system configurations and workflows
Developing and executing supplier onboarding and engagement strategies
Partnering with cross-functional teams to support system implementation and data integration
Defining, tracking, and analyzing traceability KPIs to drive continuous improvement and compliance
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
Piloting traceability systems and processes with suppliers, with the goal of scaling the program
Enhancing system functionality by configuring workflows and features in collaboration with Technology partners
Implementing traceability workflows for Supply Chain Mapping, PO traceability, and Certified Products
Leading supplier onboarding programs during pilot and scale-up phases
Developing data driven insights to monitor program compliance and supplier adoption
Are you our next Traceability Program Analyst?
You have 3+ years of experience in supply chain, compliance, technology, or a related field with exposure to supply chain traceability and global supplier management
You are a problem solver with a passion for diving into the details of business and system processes
You have experience collaborating with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement new tools or processes
You have experience developing and presenting training and onboarding materials to both internal teams and external suppliers or partners
You have hands-on experience working with ERP, PLM, and BI tools or similar systems
You have a strong interest in learning and working with new technology platforms
You have a passion for data structure, integrity, and analysis with the ability to communicate data driven insights clearly and effectively
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$82,000 - $112,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$112,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
