General Responsibilities:
Analyze plant processes, design, and implement improvements
Manage and ensure adherence to project timelines
Manage engineering changes to tooling, equipment and customer required deliverables
Development and implementation of internal and customer packaging
Fixture design and Poke-yoke
Continuous improvement activities to optimize manufacturing processes, material handling, cell and line layout
Assist with debugging and maintaining all function testing applications
Assist in the planning, specification, procurement, installation and launch of all new tooling and equipment required for new programs
Manage and adhere to project timelines
Assist engineering in technical issues and line integrations, new detections, and added processes
Lead manufacturing engineers in project quoting and integrations
Develop flow charts, PFMEA’s, manufacture’s recommended PM, process operation SOP’s and changeover procedures
Maintain site capacity plans based on customer forecasts (IHS) and contracted annual volumes
Lead and follow up on PTR’s , internal trials and CI initiatives
Foster a positive team environment with other members of the Management Team to ensure coordinated efforts are being pursued to achieve Company goals
Comply with all Company policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned by management
