We are seeking a skilled Systems Developer with strong experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration as well as Power Apps customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions while leveraging Power Apps to automate and enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and integrate SharePoint solutions, including workflows, web parts, and applications.
Manage and administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
Design and implement Power Apps solutions to automate business processes.
Create and manage Power Automate workflows for process automation.
Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata.
Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Apps-related issues.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance policies.
Optimize SharePoint and Power Apps performance, including patching, upgrades, and migrations.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019).
Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, architecture, and security.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, and PowerShell scripting.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, including app development, customization, and deployment.
Knowledge of Power Automate for business process automation.
Experience working with SQL Server, SharePoint Content Database, and data management.
Ability to develop and maintain custom workflows and business process automation.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SharePoint migration projects.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business integration.
Certification in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus.
