The Position:
We are seeking a talented Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager, Nuclear, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting specialized tooling and equipment systems for a diverse range of projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop, maintain, and support specialized tooling and equipment systems for the nuclear industry
Take ownership of complex tooling systems: set requirements, verify performance, develop maintenance and inspection programs, and support operator training
Monitor performance and operating experience to identify areas for improvement and develop upgrade concepts as needed
Provide oversight to Project Engineers and Designers on all technical deliverables
Interface with key decision-makers to align on project status and proactively address quality, schedule, or cost concerns
Identify new opportunities and assist in developing and executing capture plans
Ensure milestones are met and notify relevant departments if they are not
What We’re Looking For:
An educational background in Engineering, Robotics or a related discipline
At least 3-5 years of technical leadership in the area of custom automation or specialized equipment
The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Experience with custom tooling for the nuclear industry
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, N299 and NQA-1
