How you’ll make a difference: This position leads a cross-functional team supporting Millard Health’s service delivery requirements including template design & integration, evaluation data, health records and staff moves & system access functions. The role leads contract change initiatives and oversees the related activities and impacts affecting Millard Health. Your responsibilities: Provides leadership, direction and support for the day-to-day operations of the team that includes a dynamic portfolio of work that is critical to the success of Millard Health’s strategic priorities. Lead and support the delivery of Millard Health’s internal contractual requirements (i.e., primarily Return-to-Work) including the planning and implementation of document templates, evaluation data, data collection, business process, system impacts, measuring & monitoring of service delivery, and other service delivery requirements. Support evaluation data process and team with design and mapping of Millard Dynamics Connect (MDC) system data to achieve new evaluation data requirements. Provide oversight to the evaluation data collection system to ensure data quality and contractual requirements are being met. Provide direction and expertise to Millard Health leaders and staff regarding MDC business process improvement activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system effectiveness and data quality. Lead Millard Health’s Moves, Systems Management & Access function ensuring excellent customer service to internal teams while maintaining the expectations and standards of our BTS and Facilities partners. Provide support with physical moves, hardware & software, workstation accommodations, ergo equipment, requesting or granting system accesses, and system set-up in MDC and other applications. Drive continuous improvement of business processes to enhance service levels and reduce administrative burden to Millard Health leaders. Oversee and lead Millard Health’s health records function including all aspects of collecting, storing (physical & digital), and retrieving client files and information. Provide overall direction to Health Information Lead and Health Information Clerks regarding health records policy and procedures Your experience and skills: Post-secondary education focusing on Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. 5 years of progressive experience in key functional roles that are leading, overseeing and driving the success of a business area is required. Previous supervisory experience is an asset. Courses and/or certification in Leadership or Supervisory Development is preferred. Knowledge or experience with WCB Return-to-Work contract is an asset. Knowledge or experience with Project Management is an asset. Utilize a project management approach to effectively manage contract changes and when engaging the team and/or other Millard staff. Knowledge or experience with Millard Health’s Millard Dynamics Connect (MDC) system is an asset. Strong technical aptitude with business systems is an asset. Strong knowledge of FOIP and Health Information Act is an asset. Effective organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Demonstrated cooperative leadership style with peers in other departments. Strong problem solving and conflict management skills for managing team or client issues related to competing priorities and deadlines.
