**Please note, the successful candidate will fulfill the duties of the Senior Dining Room Manager three days per week, scheduled in coordination with your General Manager, on top of your responsibilities in your current position for the other two days per week.
What you will do:
Engage with Residents, families, Dining Room Managers and General Managers to ensure high satisfaction in Dining Rooms in all of our Communities.
Visit other Delmanor Communities at least 2 days/week.
Attend industry-related shows, liaise with vendor partners and take the lead on procurement of Dining Room equipment and supplies.
Assist DRMs with hiring, training, adherence to labour and other budgets, adherence to Public Health & OH&S regulations, customer service capabilities & achievements, grand openings, and special resident events.
Ensure monthly CQI activities have been completed at site level. Review audits during site visits.
Act as a role model and demonstrate Delmanor’s core values daily.
What you bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Dining Room / Front of House management position
5 star dining and hospitality courses
Experience working with mature adults in a hospitality setting
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
