What you’ll do:
Prepare meals daily according to the meal plan and special diets as per care plans
Ensure food quality and presentation meet fine dining standards
Oversee daily cleaning duties, assist with training of new team members, and provide supervision to the kitchen team when the Sous Chef and Culinary Services Manager are absent
Other duties as required
What you bring:
2 years of experience in a retirement, hotel, or restaurant setting
Valid Food Handling Certification
Experience in directing, training, or supervising employees
Computer proficiency
Experience working with mature adults in a hospitality setting
