Job Description What is the opportunity? The Portfolio Management Assistant (PMA) supports the Investment Counsellor (IC) in delivering an exceptional, insight-driven, and high-touch experience to clients. In addition to operational and administrative support, the PMA plays a critical role in aligning client portfolios with PH&N’s investment philosophy, ensuring proactive communication, and enabling a personalized and responsive client journey. What will you do? Client Experience & Relationship Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs Portfolio Management & Strategic Support: Support rebalancing efforts, cash deployment, and opportunity identification Market & Product Research: Stay informed on macroeconomic developments, market volatility, and asset class trends Product Shelf & Model Expertise: Develop strong working knowledge of PH&N’s full product shelf (including RBC GAM funds) Execution & Operational Excellence: Manage follow-ups and documentation after IC-client meetings What do you need to succeed? Must Have Minimum of 2 years in a client facing role in a financial institution, including financial planning University Degree Completion of either CIM or CFA Level 1 PFP or CFP Experience in Trading Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point ) Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent oral and written skills, and technologically savvy Nice to Have Tax planning experience Portfolio Management skills Successful completion of CSC What’s in it for you?
